Partnership Terms & Conditions
1. Overview and Eligibility
Offer:
Purchase 15 × OneSmile 3-Year Comprehensive cases, receive 1 × Medit i600 iOS Scanner free (valued $4,950–$10,480).
Payment:
Full pre-purchase payment for all 15 cases required before scanner eligibility confirmed.
Eligibility:
Licensed dental professionals and clinics in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia only.
Multiple Purchases:
Each set of 15 cases qualifies for one free scanner.
Treatment Timeline:
No time limit to treat the 15 pre-purchased cases.
2. Redemption Process
Confirmation:
Scanner delivery processed within 7–14 business days after payment verification.
Delivery:
Shipped to clinic's registered business address. Address changes must be communicated in writing prior to dispatch.
Shipping:
Standard shipping covered by OneSmile. Express shipping may incur additional fees.
Timeframes:
Delivery typically 7–21 days after dispatch. Customs/freight delays outside OneSmile's control.
Receipt:
Inspect upon delivery and report damage/defects within 48 hours.
3. Promotion Period
Valid for purchases made until 31 March 2026. Payment must clear by this date. OneSmile reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
4. Warranty and Support
Warranty:
12-month Medit factory warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
Extended Warranty:
Available directly through Medit Korea for additional fee.
Claims:
All warranty claims, technical support, and service requests directed to OneSmile Pte Ltd and/or Medit Korea.
Support:
OneSmile Pte Ltd coordinates post-delivery servicing, repairs, and technical assistance.
Exclusions:
Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
Bundled Purchase:
All 15 cases must be purchased together in single transaction. Split purchases, partial orders, or installments do not qualify.
Non-Combinable:
Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, rebates, or incentive programs.
Non-Transferable:
Free scanner non-transferable between practices, clinics, or practitioners.
Non-Redeemable:
Scanner cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, alternative products, or monetary equivalent.
Refunds:
Any refund, cancellation, or modification to the 15 cases results in forfeiture of scanner or requirement to return at recipient's expense.
Case Requirements:
Cases must be legitimate patient treatments, not for training or demonstration unless approved by OneSmile in writing.
Liability:
OneSmile and Medit not liable for loss, theft, damage, or consequential damages after delivery confirmation.
6. General Conditions
Acceptance:
Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Verification:
OneSmile reserves right to verify eligibility, request documentation, and refuse/revoke participation if misuse, misrepresentation, or fraud detected.
Pricing:
Prices and values subject to change without notice; may vary by currency, exchange rates, and local taxes.
Tax Responsibility:
Participants responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or import fees in their jurisdiction.
Governing Law:
Governed by laws of Singapore. Local consumer protection laws may apply in Australia, Indonesia, or Malaysia.
Disputes:
Must be raised in writing within 30 days. OneSmile's decision is final.
Force Majeure:
OneSmile not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions).
Privacy:
Information handled per OneSmile's Privacy Policy and data protection regulations.
